‘Sisi Quadri does not have a child, doesn’t like women, he only does guy to guy’: Man exposes late actor in viral interview (Watch)

A man claiming to have worked closely with late Nollywood actor Sisi Quadri has sparked reactions online after making controversial allegations about the actor’s private life in a viral interview. The man who claimed to have known Sisi Quadri since 2015 alleged that the late actor did not have a wife or biological children before his death, contrary to what some people might have believed about his family life.

Speaking during the interview, he further made claims about the actor’s alleged sexual preferences, insisting that the way Sisi Quadri behaved in movies was not entirely different from his private lifestyle.

According to him, the actor was more attracted to men and allegedly had intimate relationships with some of them.

He also claimed that the children often associated with Sisi Quadri were actually the children of his older and younger siblings, whom the actor reportedly helped raise and provide for.

The man further alleged that Sisi Quadri had been involved with several men before his death, adding that only people who were close to the actor were aware of the claims.

Recounting an alleged incident involving the late actor and his driver in Osogbo, the interviewee claimed that Sisi Quadri once attempted to have an intimate encounter with the male driver, who reportedly became uncomfortable with the situation.

He alleged that the driver wanted to expose the incident but that people around them prevented the matter from becoming public knowledge.

However, the claims made during the interview have not been independently verified, and no evidence was provided to substantiate the allegations. The late actor is also unable to respond to the claims.

Recall that Intel Region reported that Sisi Quadri, whose real name was Quadri Oyebamiji, died on Friday, March 1, 2024, at the age of 44, barely a year after losing his mother.

His death was announced by his colleague, Adekunle Abolade, popularly known as Dodo Ede, who paid tribute to him in a Facebook post.

Dodo Ede wrote: “Rest in Peace Sisi Quadri. I watched Anikulapo Series early this morning and saw him die in the film, so he will die in real life today. May Allah grant him Aljanat Fridauz.”

Sisi Quadri rose to prominence following his appearance in the 2004 movie Seniyan Seranko. He later took a break from the movie industry before making a remarkable comeback in the comedy film Ebudola in 2020, where he featured alongside his close friend, Funmi Awelewa.

His popularity continued to grow through several Yoruba movie productions, and he also featured in the Netflix series Anikulapo: The Rise of the Spectre.

The actor, who hailed from Iwo, Osun State, was born on December 26, 1979.

Before his death, entertainment promoter and Chief Executive Officer of Fathia Entertainment, Olawale B, also revealed that Sisi Quadri had secured a United States visa and received an invitation to attend an event in the country.

His death came as a major loss to the Yoruba movie industry, with colleagues and fans mourning the actor’s passing.
