Nollywood actor Adams Kehinde, better known as Lege Miami, has shed tears while campaigning for President Tinubu. In a video shared online, the Yoruba actor held a campaign rally for the president on Tuesday with MC Oluomo and others in attendance.
While giving a speech, Lege broke down in tears as he thanked Oluomo and others for their constant financial support.
He noted that, despite their busy schedules, they made time to honour him with their presence at his campaign rally.
During Nigerians’ protests against Tinubu over the country’s economic hardship, Lege admonished Youths in Lagos to step back, urging them to give the President a chance to fix the country. He noted that things were very expensive; however, he believed the President could fix it and just needed more time with Nigerians.
In 2023, Lege, in a video message to Nigerians, earnestly pleaded with the public to stop asking him for money. He stated clearly that he was not connected to any political figure or related to President Tinubu, and was not as affluent as people might think.
