Manchester Evening News reports that captain Bruno Fernandes is part of the group, alongside midfielder Mason Mount and striker Joshua Zirkzee.
The Red Devils go into the fixture on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth in the league last weekend. Chelsea also arrive with a setback of their own, having lost to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup in midweek.
Four goalkeepers made the list: Lammens, Darlow, Heaton and Mee.
In defence, Carrick has Maguire, Martinez, De Ligt, Heaven, Yoro, Dalot and Mazraoui available. The midfield options are Fernandes, Baleba, Mainoo, Mount, Santos and Tielemans. Up front, the manager has Mbeumo, Amad, Cunha, Lacey and Zirkzee to choose from.
With both sides smarting from recent defeats, the game offers each a chance to bounce back.
United will want to stop the slide after the heavy loss at home, while Chelsea will look to put their cup exit behind them in front of their own fans. Kick-off is 1:30 pm Nigerian time.
