Nollywood actor Ibrahim Suleiman has opened up on his personal life. In a teaser for his interview with Chude Jideonwo, the actor reflected on grief, fatherhood, love, and how losing someone he loved changed the way he sees life.
The father of one opened up on the heartbreak of being broken up with by email. He noted how he has been a good boy all his life and treated people’s daughters properly, yet they showed him shege.
Opening up on the love he shares with his wife, Ihuoma Linda Ejiofor, he said she is the one he can vouch for who can give up everything for him.
Ibrahim shared a hilarious story of how she tricked him into becoming an actor.
He disclosed that his greatest fear was ending up like his father, who abandoned him at the age his son with Ihuoma is.
“She is the one I know that would give up everything for me.
One of my biggest fears is that I would make the same mistake my father made.
I have been a good boy all my life. I treated people’s daughters well, but they showed me shege”.
In July, while celebrating his wife’s birthday, Ibrahim expressed pride in her, saying she stepped back in her career to raise their son. He said God put his wife on earth because he would need her so much.
Last year, on their 7th wedding anniversary, Ibrahim Suleiman revealed that God sent Ihuoma his way when he thought he had given up on relationships. He appreciated his wife for walking with him through the darkest time of his life and helping him find his laughter again.
Linda Ejiofor expressed gratitude to God for placing him in her life, noting that he is the best thing that has ever happened to her. The mother of one said she couldn’t imagine doing life with anyone else, as she declared him her answered prayers.
In 2022, while celebrating her birthday, Ibrahim revealed how his wife stood by him during the darkest moments of his life. He noted how her kindness, thoughtfulness, compassion, and humor kept him hopeful, as he declared her a pivotal role in his life.
In a follow-up post, Suleiman penned a gratifying note to his wife, appreciating her for being born and sticking with him around long enough to give him solid reasons to keep his light on. Suleiman revealed how he had been praying for and with Linda for 4 years and how excited he was to see God granting her heart desires.
