A video of Sharon Ademefun Adeleke, the elder sister of Nigerian music star Davido, has elicited reactions on social media after viewers noticed an object in her hand while she was dancing at an event. The entrepreneur was captured enjoying herself and showing off her dance moves in a video recorded by her cousin, Adenike Adenike, popularly known for her lifestyle blog, Nikos Living.
However, what appeared to be an ordinary celebration quickly attracted attention after some viewers noticed an object Sharon was holding while dancing.
In the viral footage, Davido’s sister appeared to be holding what some social media users described as ‘Igbo’, a slang commonly used to refer to cannabis. At some point, she seemingly noticed that she was being recorded and appeared to lower or tuck the object away.
The brief moment triggered speculation among viewers, with some suggesting that the unidentified object looked like a cigarette or another smoking item.
However, the object was not clearly visible in the video, and Sharon Adeleke has not made any public statement about the speculation surrounding the footage.
The development has also surprised some social media users who expressed disbelief over the suggestion, given Sharon’s public image as a disciplined woman who is often described as prayerful.
Despite being from a wealthy family, she has also been portrayed by some followers as someone who maintains a relatively modest lifestyle.
The video has since generated mixed reactions, with viewers sharing different interpretations of the brief moment.
